About Us

Dr. Rob Ramseyer is the Co-Founder of the Impactful Coaching Project and Vice President of Athletics and Strategic Expansion at Friends University, overseeing 24 teams and serving on the President's Cabinet. Under his leadership, the department has achieved significant success across all areas, earning him honors such as the KCAC Director of the Year and the NACDA Athletic Director of the Year. He resides in Wichita, KS, with his wife, Charlie, and their four children.

Dustin Galyon is the Co-founder of the Impactful Coaching Project and Head Golf Coach at Friends University, where he guided the Falcons to a KCAC championship and a spot in the NAIA National Championship. He is a nationally recognized speaker on leadership and motivation. Previously, as Head Men's Basketball Coach at Hesston College, he won 182 games in basketball and earned the 2015 NJCAA District 5 Coach of the Year award. He lives in Hesston, KS, with his wife, Marissa, and their two children.
